This spice is named for the huge pot that Uri cooks his stew and vegetables in on an open fire.

 

200 g coriander seeds

100 g sesame seeds

100 g turmeric

 20 g salt

 10 g hyssop

 

Blend the spices together in a strong blender.  Store in mason jars, or tupperware in a cool, dry place.
